I am subbed to Cohh in Twitch.
I am on the Cohh server on Discord.
My Twitch account is linked in Discord.
I go to "readherefirst" in Discord and click the url to link accounts.
The browser pops up a new tab saying CohhilitionBot wants to link to your Discord.
I click "Authorize".
I get the message "You need to verify your account in order to perform this action"
...verify where? I've verified everywhere I know that verification can occur for this to be allowed.
Please help.

You get this message where?
On a Twitch page?
On a Discord Page?
Or the token store itself?
This sounds like error message on the Discord part of the flow.
The login steps are as follows
- Visit token store
- Token Store sends you to Twitch you accept a Twitch/Store link
- You come back to the Token Store, token store then sends you to Discord
- On Discord you then accept a Discord/Store link
- You come back to the Token Store again, and the Store does the final steps
So which step is failing. This soulds like step 4. And Discord is preventing you linking external apps as your Discord Account is insufficently secured.

When I go to the token store, I can login via my Twitch account. So, I think that link is not the problem.
I do not know how to get the token store to send me to Discord. Instead, I am clicking the link from the "readherefirst" uh, thread(?) in Discord, under Cohhilition server.
The browser pops up a new tab saying CohhilitionBot wants to link to your Discord.
I click "Authorize".
IN THIS BROWSER TAB, I get the message "You need to verify your account in order to perform this action"
My Dicord account has been verified for months.

This has not been resolved. Can I get a little more help with this? Thanks.
EDIT:
=== RESOLVED ===
I needed to logout of Discord on my browser. I noticed the numbers after my username were not matching between this request and what the mobile and desktop app were showing.
Sorry for any confusion! And thanks for the help.

Yeah that would do it.
People often _seem_ to have two discord accounts as the "website version" of Discord makes it _way_ too easy to create a second account.
Just means that _both_ your Discords are on the server as the code does a "is this user on the server" check and warns if it discovers the logged in web discord user isn't
